Privacy policy

This policy explains what information JUJUBOOST collects, why we use it, and how it supports the service customers buy.

Last updated: July 2, 2026

Information we collect

We collect registration details such as business name, business field, phone number, email, package, preferred language, account status, and payment status.

After registration, we collect onboarding details, business locations, service areas, prices, services, brand assets, photos, videos, documents, support requests, answers to follow-up questions, progress status, timeline events, and reporting data.

How we use information

We use customer and business information to create the account, operate the customer portal, provision landing pages and subdomains, manage fulfillment, ask for missing inputs, send service emails, process support, measure performance, and report progress.

We also use operational data to improve the service, detect errors, protect the platform, prevent abuse, and keep the work attributable to the right customer and business.

Payments and email

Payment information may be handled by a payment provider. JUJUBOOST stores the business, package, payment state, and fulfillment state needed to operate the service, but does not need to store full card details.

We send account, password setup, onboarding, support, billing, and service emails. The language of account communication should follow the language used by the customer where available.

Cookies, analytics, and metrics

We use cookies to keep the site working and to understand what needs improvement. We may also use analytics, metrics, search visibility tools, and reporting tools to measure traffic, leads, calls, subscriptions, revenue, conversion rates, and visibility signals.

The cookie banner currently asks for acknowledgment. If future tracking requires additional consent choices, the banner and policy should be updated before that tracking is used.

Service providers

We may share information with service providers that help us run hosting, storage, email, payments, analytics, security, support, media generation, and managed fulfillment.

Service providers should receive only the information needed for their role and should not use it for their own independent purposes.

Retention and access

We keep business records, timelines, support history, reporting data, and service assets as long as needed to operate the account, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, improve the service, and preserve the managed work history.

Customers can contact support@jujuboost.com to request help with access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, billing, or operational reasons.

Security

We use access controls, authenticated service requests, structured logging, and operational safeguards to protect account and service data. No public API should expose private account information anonymously.

No system is perfect. If we find a security or privacy issue, we work to contain it, fix the root cause, and notify affected parties when required.
