Packages and minimum term
JUJUBOOST sells managed growth packages for local businesses. Each package has a published monthly price and a two-month minimum commitment because setup, measurement, landing pages, learning, and early execution require real work before the service can be judged fairly.
After the two-month minimum, the package continues month to month. The customer may end the package with 30 days notice unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing correct business information, services, prices, licenses, claims, offers, photos, videos, approvals, and any other materials needed to represent the business accurately.
The customer must respond to reasonable requests, keep contact and CRM status current when requested, and tell us promptly if business details, licenses, offers, hours, service areas, or legal restrictions change. If the customer does not provide required inputs or follow-up, lead-quality claims for that period may be limited because the service cannot work with missing facts.
Managed accounts and domains
JUJUBOOST may create, connect, manage, or operate landing pages, subdomains, analytics, metrics, search visibility, local visibility, campaign accounts, reporting surfaces, and related technical assets as part of the service.
Every customer landing page or subdomain is managed as part of the JUJUBOOST service. While the customer is active and paying, the page can remain live. If payment stops or the account becomes inactive, access can be paused or redirected to JUJUBOOST without deleting the underlying record.
Ownership of customer materials
The customer keeps ownership of materials the customer brought to the engagement, including the business name, logo, brand files, Google Business Profile, customer lists supplied by the customer, product or service information, original photos, and other customer-owned content.
When we manage a Google Business Profile or similar third-party profile, the customer remains the owner of that profile where the platform allows it, while JUJUBOOST may hold management access needed to perform the service.
Ownership of created assets
Landing pages, satellite sites, campaign structures, copy, creative concepts, generated images, generated videos, tracking setup, reporting layouts, audiences, campaign data, testing data, learned patterns, and other assets created by or through JUJUBOOST are JUJUBOOST work product unless we agree in writing that something is transferred.
The customer receives a license to use the active service outputs while the package is active and paid. The customer may not clone, copy, export, reuse, or have another provider recreate JUJUBOOST landing pages, creatives, campaign structures, or managed assets for independent use during the engagement or for three years after it ends.
Leads, reports, and performance
The customer owns legitimate lead details for people who contacted the business, subject to applicable law and the customer's own privacy obligations. JUJUBOOST may use aggregated, operational, and campaign performance data to operate, measure, improve, and report on the service.
We provide transparent progress updates and monthly reporting where the package includes reporting. We do not promise a specific number of customers, calls, bookings, rankings, or revenue unless that is stated in a separate written agreement.
Buyout option
If the customer wants to keep or independently use landing pages, digital assets, generated creatives, satellite sites, or other JUJUBOOST-created work after the service ends, the customer can request a buyout quote.
Buyout pricing is quoted at termination based on the assets requested, the package history, technical transfer work, licenses, and any third-party restrictions. Nothing is transferred until a written buyout agreement is accepted and paid.
Pausing, cancellation, and reactivation
If payment fails, the account may move to payment-pending, paused, inactive, or cancelled status. Fulfillment, landing page access, reporting, and other service activity may stop while the account is inactive.
If a customer becomes active again, JUJUBOOST may reactivate the same business record and related pages instead of rebuilding everything from scratch.
Acceptable use and compliance
The customer may not use JUJUBOOST for unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or regulated claims the customer is not allowed to make. The customer is responsible for professional licenses, required disclosures, truthfulness of offers, pricing accuracy, service claims, and compliance in the customer's industry.
We may refuse, pause, edit, or remove content or campaigns that create legal, platform, brand, security, or compliance risk.
